If you can give more information, it may help getting whatever answer you need. Do you need report something that happened, and you are looking for the correct agency to report it to? Or are you not sure something was a crime? If the checks are from Medicare or Medicaid, it could be a federal crime, or if it is a check issued by a state agency, it could be a state crime, etc, etc, etc.

Every Officer on the board has probably worked a financial crime of some sort.
