Does not really matter at all if he works for LAPD. He stated that the violation was a Felony in Ca. Which means the whole state. Second your ticket count is going to cause you a lot of problems with any department, it appears you have a history of not following the rules in a vehicle. Why would they put you in a patrol vehicle so that you can break more laws? Third telling a verified LEO on this board that he is ignorant after he just asked you what the URDU language is would not be something that I would suggest. Fourth I have a degree from a University and have never heard of that language. So indulge us and tell us where the language comes from, and where its spoken.
