hit and run??

It was a stupid thing to do, i admit it, i hit em, i just panicked,, they then walked behind my car and hit it, so i got scared and drove off(didnt feel comfortable getting out). I then came back to where it was and they had walked way down the road. And since it was a 4 way road, with a median, i had turn right, then go down then do a U-turn (the legal kind they have with roads with large medians) and catch up with them, pull in a drive, and wait for them to walk up to me.

If he reported it......the Police are going to be looking for you soon enough.

If he/you didn't report it and the Police find out.....they are going to be looking for you.

Best thing to do is report it.......

by the way, when i said i saw him on the phone when coming up to him, i was referring to when i was coming back to talk to him, not right b4 i hit him. Also, you guys are really good at replying very quickly

Sounds like your trying to justify your actions now......You have gone how many hours without reporting this??? :rolleyes:

The longer you wait the more suspicous it's going to be to the Police Officer that is investigating this.

You can either do the right thing and call the local police.....

Or do the wrong thing and sit back on your *** and hope they don't come to get you and toss you in jail......which will probably result in you losing your license for a while and your insurance rates going through the roof......
