I am looking for some suggestions, I have a paper for my police studies class. The question is: what are the constitutional constraints placed on policing. Do these constitutional constraints fairl/unfairly protect criminlas/victims of crime? Particular emphasis should be given to the 1st amendment.

Big thought we were dissuading non-verified from using police sounding names. ESU=E.S.U.=Emergency Services Unit, as in NYCESU. Big thinks someone needs to change their name to "Dog Ate My Homework". :cool:
