Info on Psych and Command Reviews?

While I'm sitting here waiting for the results of my polygraph to come back (gulp...what's worse, the poly or the waiting?) I'll ask some "down the road" questions (seeing as you all have been so helpful in the process already):

    1. What is the psychological evaluation all about (besides the obvious "to evaluate you psychologically"). Is it an oral interview with a psychologist? A written psychological test? What kinds of questions might I anticipate?

    2. Afterward is a "command review." I'm assuming this means an interview with the chief or a captain? Is this a subjective thing normally or are there objective things that a command officer is looking for that may have been missed in the process?

Thanks--all help is appreciated, of course!

    well

You can expect all of the above. The last one I took consisted of several hundred questions. Most of which were the same question just worded differently. The Psyc then asked one on one questions while going over to test.
