What kind of proof is needed to violate parole? they didnt give her a breathalyzer or anything like that. BTW the majority of you are power hungry faggots who need a reality check.

1)...she has pretty much gotten her act together.

-"...last night she went to a high school football game and was drinking beforehand. She walked to the game and wasnt drinking there just was drunk. Her friend was being obnoxious and a police officer basically saw that they were drunk and he took their names and made them call their parents to pick them up."

3) I dont think she should get in much if any trouble from this and dont want anything to happen obviously but what do you expect will happen?

1) Oh really, you could have fooled me. I'd ditch her, personally. You may not realize it now, but she is only going to get you in trouble, and cause unecessary drama in your life.

2) It varies state by state, and case by case. Yes, it's possible for her probation to be revoked. In which case she would go to jail for the rest of the sentence she was on probation for. I cannot advise you of the likelihood that this will happen.

3) Why don't you think she should get in any trouble? Do you think her activities are responsible? Should it be overlooked, or should she be given yet another break?
