    little kid sites

Ok, I just need a question answered. My husband was checking his email and a site called lolita popped up.
Now, this site had a couple of little girls NUDE on the first page. What I want to know is, one, isn't that completely illegal, and two, who do I get a hold of to let them know this site is out there?
I hope one of you all can help me, this is freaking me out!

    Thanks,
    Heather Herrin

In the US, as in Canada, all nude models must be at least 18 years of age in the pictures. Pictures taken when they were 15 are still illegal, whether they're 19 or 50 right now. As for who to contact, I'm not entirely sure. Perhaps give your local state police a call, and ask them. As well, I'm sure that the FBI probably has some sort of team that combats this kind of exploitation of children. Hope this helps.

    Angry Suprised too...

I was suprised too when my wife signed my stepson (he's 9) up for a free email service & was bombarded by XXX sites. She has too check his mail before he can see it & I set the filters on high. As for the age thing, I believe these sites go out of their way to find the very young looking 18 y/o's. They are probably legal, even if they are offensive.

Of course, it's pretty much impossible to determine how old they actually are. I mean, I've seen (not nude) 16 year olds who look like 20+ year olds, and vice versa. Add on makeup, digital remastering, and other things, you can have very young looking 18 year olds. It's legal, but it ****s. Well, sort of. Not to the people who constantly look at them. Or do other things. Which will not be mentioned. I'm done.
