Do you guys ever have to put up with nosey people who try to worm their way in for a peek while at a crime/accident scene?
If yes, does it happen often?

I was at a scene where a newspaper photographer was arrested for continuously trespassing on a crime scene despite being warned several times. It was a vehicle crash with a fatality and I guess he wanted to get the perfect shot. He spewed the 1st ammendment defense when cuffed.
The state dismissed the charge.
But yes I cant think of one time where we had crime scene tape up and did not have spectators.Eunice: A .22? Oh you've gotta be kidding me. That's like bringing a knife to a gunfight.

Every...single...time.
It's more painful when I am trying to go to work via the freeway and there is a crash on the opposite side lanes, yet my side of the road slows to a crawl because all the rubber neckers want to check it out! :mad:.
If you rob a gas station, you're only going to get about $100, but I get to see a K9 dog use your arm as a chew toy. For all I care you can keep the $100.
