Yes they could, especially if everyone plays the " it's not my stuff game".

Yes, if they have access to it. It's called "constructive possession".

situation is this guy that works with his brother. brother is a huge pothead. can't breathe without it. he'll bring it in his brothers car and he'll do it while his brother is in his car.
his brother can be hot headed as well but he finally told his brother he can't bring it in his car anymore. however, the brother still does it in his own car while this guy carpools with him.
i assume this guys best bet is to just quit carpooling? kinda crappy since work is so far and its kinda inconvenient
also, would anyone accurately know the consquences of getting caught with weed?
if i remember correctly, too, because the brother also lives with this guy and obviously has the marijuana in his room, this guy is safe so long as the marijuana isn't in a shared living space, correct?
thanks for all the help![]()
You oughtta find a new batch of friends! Just my 2 cents!
CHARACTER is what you do when no one is watching....
Yes, if YOU have friends in YOUR car and there is MJ and paraphernalia in the car you can expect the same consequences for all. Alternatively, if YOU are in your friend's car, YOU can expect the same as in the first scenario.Originally Posted by afflicter

Just a tip... if you don't want people to suspect it's you when you're posting something, give further clarification of who you're referring to. If you just put "what if somebody..." or "this guy I know...", it leads one to believe you may be talking about you and just afraid to acknowledge such.Originally Posted by afflicter

"Some guy" is taking a chance having his brother in the car. I would tell you..er "Some guy" to not drive his brother again. Not worth the chance.

haha..guess you really can't come on here asking questions that really don't concern you without it looking like it does. not sure how else i could have phrased it without posting actual names, though![]()
