Different Questions about Car Window Tinting
OK, I'm going up to the city on Monday to get my car windows tinted. Basically, I live in southern Arizona where 90% of all cars have window tint for two reasons: 1) to protect the interior of the car from sun damage and, 2) to protect the people in the car from sun damage (think of the windows being like a magnifying glass on an ant lol).
Now, I can't say that I will or will not get pulled over for anything, but I thought about this today... When you have window tint put on your car you can't roll down your windows for 48 hours or the tint has to be removed and reapplied because it won't set properly. If I am ever pulled over, I would pull over to the side of the road, turn on my hazards and dome light, then roll down the driver's window. Well, if I was pulled over on the way home from getting it tinted, I couldn't roll down the window or else it would be ruined.
So, can anybody recommend a way for me to talk to the LEO if I happen to be pulled over that won't get the LEO worried (e.g. opening the door)? After I get into town I'll be fine because my deputies know my new car, but I can't guarantee anything outside of my town. Especially because I still have temp tags. lol
Thanks everybody! Cheers. =O)
