As far as the premise of the original idea goes, the bodies neurological system is known to habituate given repeated similar stimuli, whether it be pleasure, pain, whatever. The neurons just slow thier rate of firing (as a defense mechanism to control the amount of stimuli that reaches the brain.) I don't think that it seems terribly outlandish, but I have no real-life experience (on OC spray,) to rely on. That's why I asked you guys.
I'm sure that there will be conflicting opinions, and I welcome that.
