    i have a ??

    Are there any officers from GA who couldhelp me out here? Is driving barefoot illegal in GA? Or non-Georgians...is it legal to drive with no shoes on?? Just wondering...TIA

    Here in Ontario, it's not illegal to drive with no shoes on. Feet are feet right? And if they're filled with lead, it doesn't matter if there's shoes on 'em or not. However, I'm assuming that it is very uncomfortable. But in any case, it is not illegal, just ill advised.

    In Michigan it is not illegal to drive without shoes. I have never heard of any state that has it as a law, but I could be wrong.

    the reason i'm askin...

    my dad says they made it illegal here in GA--I guess I'll just call the PD and see. It's just that I wear mostly slipon shoes, and when driving a stick shift, I feel like I have more control without the shoes one.

    It is not illegal to drive barefooted here in La either.

    What I like to do here in VT!

    I love to drive in my slippers! Only when I have to run to pick up my daughter at school, that's about it, or if I don't have to get out of my car! LOL

    Barefoot? ouch!
