I was with a group of guys that all got MIP tickets but when they released me they did not give me a ticket the releasing officer said that he could not find it and that he himself would not go to the court hearing. We all blew over the legal limit of a person under 21. What should I do

Maybe type up a confession and go turn yourself in to the nearest Police Station to avoid any further embarassment.

If you didn't get and sign a ticket, then you don't have anything to worry about. Unless they mail it to you.
