This is a public message board, not a indvidual help line. We often respond with information or comments that are not specifically for the person who started the thread, but others who may be reading it.


Your story does sort of stink. You have a 3 year old crime, a crack head who is the "friend of a friend" is telling you a dog stolen 3 years a ago is in the basement of the house where he buys crack.

There is no way you are going to get a search warrant for the house based on that. It stinks, bottom line. That does not mean YOU stink, nor was Legoate criticizing you or attacking you. I am not either. I believe you are SOL in this situation.

I sent you some useful information about what I thought you should do along with your negative rep.

Basically, if you read between the lines, I was telling you in a nice way that your story is full of holes, and you appear to be completely full of crap. If I were you I'd just storm into that crack house and take my dog back. I mean a dog with such unique features, you cant just let some crackhead have it! You never know what sort of sick and twisted things they could be doing with it hidden down in that basement.....

And in closing....get bent.
