    I can see a lawsuit changing that policy....... As long as you can pass our agility test you are pretty much good to go providing you don’t have some ghastly medical issue.

    I don't see how. The charts were compiled by doctors who maintain healthy people are within that range. Good grief, we'd been sued by every radical movement you can think of over our hiring standads. I suspect that if that one was susceptible, it would have been changed long ago.

    I hate using the word fail but I will….. to me if you are on the low end of the chart and not tall enough or heavy enough for employment but you can jump 8 foot walls and carry two officers on your back it’s not fair for you to be disqualified. If you can perform the duties and don’t create any type of hazard to others you should not be disqualified due to size.
