Levels of Sexual Misconduct

When I looked up the legal definition of sexual misconduct, I found this:

"Sexual misconduct includes a range of behaviors used to obtain sexual contact against a person's will.* Sexual misconduct is defined as sexual contact without consent by an acquaintance or a stranger...To constitute lack of consent, the acts must be committed either by threat, force, and intimidation or through the use of the victim's mental or physical inability such as when the victim is physically or mentally incapacitated by alcohol or other drugs."

I just wanted it cleared up.

In Oregon, lack of consent also includes age. The age of consent is 18 here. And it doesn't have to be an acquaintance or a stranger, it can be a family member. Where did you find that definition?
