SIMPLY!!??.. Here it's reckless driving too and no, I wouldn't waste my time reading you your rights either because you've already buried yourself. And the illegal fart can, and other equipment violations would be self evident.
I noticed you neglected to add the POSTED speed limit and any other contributing factors.. was it on a highway or was this showing off leaving school and getting snagged within the school zone?

Also, I'm fairly confident that you probably have the more popular SI version of the CRX which lists, in it's stock configuration and in which it's probably not, a top speed of 115 MPH.
But, the question of the week is... Why would anyone want to go that fast in a 20 year old, worn out, death trap of a car anyway??
