DNA testing and something else.

If a woman proclaims you to be the father of the baby, you can request a DNA testing be done with or without the mothers consent in the United States, or will they usually require the mothers consent on this?

What crimes are commited and/or what could someone be charged with if they were to do the following?

after my abortions...i got the dead fetus' and told soem of the guys that i screwed that i was preggers and demanded weekly money. When they wanted proof I took a picture of the fetus and showed them...they believed it was a micro cam pic tooo.
Ha ha what fools....easy money tooo~ Guys are so gullible...Ive got 3 guys paying on one fetus and two guys who both thing that they're the father of my black fetus. Whilst I tried 7 guys on my other one but could only get two guys suckered in. Fortunately after this weekend I'll have a fourth fetus to get money out of guys~

Also, I'm curious of what crimes are commited if they purposely destroy a condom to get preggy? Would the father still be required to pay child support on that child or what? (I belive there was a case of this somewhere, but not sure where)

This sounds mostly like a civil matter. If she refuses a blood/paternity test and you can show there is a reasonable likelihood there may be another father, it is possible to take the case in front of a judge and get a blood/paternity test subpoened. But I'm not sure, civil/family court is not my gig.

If the child has already been born and you have been falsely told you are the father, then it would be a civil matter as far as getting your money back, but as far as criminal, maybe theft by deception/false pretenses. Then the judge would like to know, if there were any doubts about being the father, why wait till all this money was paid out.

Best thing is to check with an attorney is proficient in this field.

Why in the hell would you be with a woman that acts like this anyway???

That is BS. An abortion does not result in an in-tact fetus. Abortions rip the fetus apart into tiny [parts that are rinsed down a sink-like aparatus.

And no medical facility, even the evil Planned Parenthood, is going to give a fetus to someone. :rolleyes:
