Post Anyone officers willing to help a student?

Hi i just joined this site a couple of minutes ago. Seems really cool. Anyways i am currently a criminal justice student in Parma, Ohio.(Around Cleveland) I have an upcoming project due and need to ask a police officer, or a corrections officer about 10-15 questions regarding their department's community oriented policing program. If anyone is interested in helping me out please email skindawg003@cox.net and just let me know if you're interested. If so i'll send an email back to you with the questions and you can get back to me anytime before March 25th. Should only take 10-15 minutes. Thanks guys.

You can easily post this here and officers will respond that are interested. You will prolly get better response this way.

Parma? No kidding!, used to live there. Don't remember the name of the development but it was over by the mall and hospital. Only lived there for couple of years but still have a fondness for kielbasa.

Don't know if you'll get better answers here, but certainly will get a wide variety if you feel up to posting them. I'm a bit cautious about giving out the email address to perfect strangers and would imagine most are.

    Just a thought.

OK. Thanks for responding so quick guys. Dwf, that development is called Sasafras Estates if it's the same one i'm thinking of. Anyways here goes. It might seem kinda long but i'll post some questions here.

1.Name and address of your organization.
2.Name and rank of officer spoken to. (first name only is fine)
3.What is the official and primary focus of the program?
4.What are the official goals of the program?
5.How did the program come to exist? Responsively or proactively?
6.Approximate number of employees assigned to the program? Full time and part time.
7.Are there any extra costs to the agency/organization in putting on the program?
8.Are other divsions of your agency involved in the program?
9.What are the presumed advanages of the program?
10.Are there any disadvantages to the program?
11.Have you had any feedback from the community either positive or negative as a result of the program?
12.Have there been any recent organizational revisions to the program to improve the quality of service?
13.Is there any kind of formal assessment or evaluation system in place to determine the sucess of the program?

Well thats the majority of it guys. Again i really do appreciate anyone the wishes to reply to any or all of the questions regarding community oriented policing. Thanks again.
