I have asked you no less than three times what happened in an attempt to get enough information to make a decision and give you an answer to your question.
You have evaded, avoided, and refused to provide any details beyond "the lights were bright" and "the officer yelled at me".
Therefore, I have no choice but to conclude that you do not intend to provide those details, and you don not want an answer to your original question(s). Apparently, you only came here to complain about how mean that bad officer was to you so that you needed therapy.
Based on this information, I can only say: WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
