Hi,
I got in trouble on Wednesday with the cops becuse I went through 2 girls backpacks but didnt steal anything. The reason I did this is because my friend needed money for weed but I dind't find any money in the backpacks to give her so I stopped and left. THen got called in and got in trouble. I was wondering will I go to juvi for this? What is the worst that can happen? The cop is going to let the department decide and since this is the first thing on my record and i was being very honest hes going to write only in my report that I was honest and cooperative will the department let this one slide. The officer told me the worst thing thats going to happen is me just getting suspened for 5 day. Plz answer my question asap.

It's usually a snowball effect in criminal court. The more you go the more trouble you get in. If this is the first time they will give you incentive to not do it again. The school is separate and can do whatever they want to you including expulsion depending on how much of a problem you have been.

Take this as a warning call. Quit hanging out with dope heads and do something with your life. At the very least let your dirt bag dope head friends get their own dope and dope money.

Take the 5 day suspension and then stand in a public area and yell thank you. The fact you went in to those girls bags wit the intent to steal (for dope money no less) would be enough for me to charge you.

Don't be a dope, find new friends other than your current doper pals and don't get dope or dope money for others and don't even get it for your own dopey self.


Does that still count as one sentence? :D
