We can issue a ticket on an estimation. Does not happen often as we normally have a speed measuring device handy. We can issue a ticket for any speed unless we deem the speed to be dangerous, then we issue a summons for exceeding the speed limit and speed dangerous. Our ticket penalties are set for specific increments over the posted speed limit, less than 10 km/h, 10k to 14k, 15k to 24k, 25k to 34k, 35k to 44k, 45k or more.
