Has any type of LEO ever heard of Catch 22, i believe it has something to do with search and seizure warrants.

Catch 22, I believe, comes from a book. A military guy was trying to get out by acting crazy. It was ruled that it is not crazy to want out of war, so his acting crazy meant he was really sane; therefore, he could not be discharged.
