    I sincerely doubt that. Most agencies use employee numbers for recording complaints. I'm not aware of any agency with more than half a dozen officers that keeps track of badge numbers. Goes with that computer record thing you know.

    maybe you should travel more often, most of maryland officers have badges with #'s on it
