I can't beleive i'm actually playing into this...but what do you want to know? What happened? If your gun is stolen I would think you should report it to the police.

are you saying I shouldn't have a gun? I put a CHILD SAFETY LOCK ON IT, but he knows where ALL my things are. I am Very good with them...I have no ammo around, a child lock now, typically a gun box locked, and in a safe locked. It was just bad timing...I think he took it, and he may have a duplicate key, because he has a child lock at home. I hope this makes sense now.

You are assuming that we know the entire saga, we don't.
Bottom line, if you have a missing and presumed stolen gun and it is used in a crime and you don't BOTHER to report it as stolen...Creeper Cop

because if he moved it and i find it later ill look stupid...plus I don't want to have to go there and make a big deal out of it. I'm scared I guess. Don't be so brutal...its a confusing situation.

im wondering if they will want to know why I had it out...and what if he lies...stuff can get so out of line and I have no witness...im scared he can cut the thing off make up some story and it will be my word against his...
