ok i was speeding and got pulled over and was cited for 38 in a 25.

also i was carrying a passenger under the age of 20 and was cited for the 6 months voilation 12814.6vc

ok i got my license 7/13/04 and im thinking that my 6 months will be up 12/13/04 thats counting calender months like

1)july 2)august 3)september 4)october 5) november 6)december

or is it counting like hours so it would go like

july 13th to august 13th is 1month and so on

so instead of december13th it will be january 13th

i dont want to be cited again for it so any info would be great!

6 months from the day you got your license. Count August as month 1.

Dude, you are killing me....You say when you grow up you want to be a cop,,,then you ask all of these questions...on one, reference exhaust, you are told it was illegal and annoying, but the questions continue....on that topic, in CA we have this thing called a traffic referee...is wonderful, they go over the car for anything not stamped DOT approved, and you must reomove it/all or the car isn't to be on the roadway...Then the marijuana and drinking questions, both appear to be , how to avoid getting busted questions, and now this....on your license there is a date as to when the provision is up,,,,you knew it and violated both the provision and speed law...chances are they will either suspend you or extend your provisional period. Please stop asking how to get around the law, especially if that is where you plan to go, use good common sense and follow it.

No, actually, I didn't drink, and didn't hang around with stoners. You either want to stay clean or you don't, can't have it both ways. Being a teenager is not an automatic excuse for irresponsibility. You're way past the age where you are responsible for your own actions.
