oh thats no problem at all, see it started as a conversation me and my roomate were having. I had the LAP come up to our tap and tamp seperations class today to recruit. I am leaving the marines on dec 10th to pursue a LEO career. He asked me how my screening went i told him what they did and what they looked for and he said he didnt think they could sue that against you... well i came here and just had to prove it

Yeah, they can DQ you for bad credit. Banks do it all the time with their tellers. Hotels do it with their front desk clerks. You can't be trusted with large sums of money if you can't keep your own finances in order. Credit checks also can reveal a lot about a persons character. Gambling problems, aliases, and past places of residence are just some of the things that flushed out of a credit check.
