    poly question

I have a question regarding the poly portion of the hiring process. Of course I am going to be completely honest. My question is does the examiner ask questions that are given to him by an agency, or does he ask his own questions? And does he report all the answers or just deception back to the department?

Our examiner and I jointly crafted our questions. He reports deception and the question to which it occured.

I should also say, that once those questions were crafted, they were put in use for all pre-employments. We don't create individualized questions for each applicant.

Not necessarily. It depends on the agency and polygrapher. If you admit that you killed people 10 years ago, you are being honest, but I bet you get a negative resport.

And why do you cap the first letter of each word?
