It’s late at night and you pull over a car with 5 males in it. You are on a secluded road. You are alone. Do you get out of the car and proceed to investigate or do you call for another unit to assist? The stop is for speeding. Also what are some other situations you would call for backup? :confused:

I don't know...maybe I'm being paranoid but I don't think discussing tactics in the open area is a particularly great idea!

Yes I would call for back up in that situation to help keep an eye on the individuals in the car as well as any that were taken out for a search.
As far as what other situations I would call for back up, there are too many to list.Be advised, I'm mean nasty and tired. I eat concertina wire and piss napalm and I could put a round through a fleas *** at 300 yards. So why don't you hump somebody else's leg mutt-face before I push yours in.

No, it's nothing to do with you. I'm sure you are just curious but anytime someone wants to know what I would do in a situation like what you described, unless they are young LE types, I'm a little leery of their motives. The other guys are right...backup would absolutely be called. Other than that...I'll only say that I would make the situation more tactically adventagous.

I agree...If this is something you are curious about because you wante to become a LEO later, perhaps look into cadets or explorers to get a better taste of it...It's is not that your question is bad, just not one I am comfortable discussing..
