psych test went well.

i had my psych oral today, and she said i had nothing to worry about.
but i do have a question. what do you do if you are a bad speller. that was the only thing she said was negative. i will work hard on my spelling, but how much will this be a factor on the job. can you use spell-check? every thing looks good for me to go into the jan academy. thanks ryan.
