How can I find out his rights to see the children, Take them with him on visits, or visit them when he wants. If anyone has any information on this subject or a web site or phone # That I may contact, it would be greatly appriciated. Thank you for any impute that anyone may have. grantk39@aol.com

Sounds as though it would be a civil matter. You would have to consult with your attorney regarding visitation and such since they are his children.

Yep. His "rights" to his children will be spelled out in a divorce ot custody decree. If there is none, he has the same rights as any other father.

There could be limitations if he is under probation or parole that prohibits his contact with children.

Can you give me more detail on the situation with he and your wife?

The District Attorney or Sheriff of the County where this person was convicted, or is presently registered may have what you need. Parole and Probation will be supervising ths person.

txinvestigator is a good source of info for Texas, suggest you PM him.
