Ok i just found out ten minutes ago, that some girl is spreading rumors that me and a friend of mine, tried to rape her. I met this girl for 5 seconds at a dance and have never seen her since, i think i said hi when a friend introduced her to me. This is complete BS and i might get in trouble over this(my last friend same thing happened to him and he was in jail for a week before it got straightened out).I can assure you this never happened im really conservative, have only had one girl friend and i havent even kissed a girl. What can i do about this?????? Are there and charges i could file for insighting rumors???? I heard this went to the school councelor(not my school). ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPREACIATED :confused:

SHE could get in a lot of trouble for filing a false report. You should go to your school counselor and tell them. So far, it's only a rumor. Tell your parents as well. Protect yourself. That girl should be seriously reprimanded by someone. She is obviously a BIG troublemaker.

Have your parents and her parents get together with the both of you and confront the accusations she has made against you. A crime like that is not to be taken lightly. You may even want a police officer/counselor/detective present at the meeting. If you can't go to your parents, go to a school counselor or another trusted adult (Minister, etc).

yeah thats what i was more worried about was my reputation, if i went to jail it wouldnt be for long, and i ould sue her for it.(i wouldnt be in there for long though lol not to brag but know way to many people aroudn here to be in there for long.);)

Calm down..........ask yourself:
Can she prove with DNA samples? Can she prove the time frame? Can she provide witnesses?
Pretty hard this day and age to actually prove something like this.
But I would refrain from putting something like this out on a board in the open like this. Others have been found as to where they are, this could easily get back to your post. In fact i'd be getting this post deleted.
