My favorite was told by a friend, who is a Federal Bureau of Land Management Ranger. Guy passes him doing 20+ over on the freeway in California - which just happens at that point to be on BLM land. Driver got a Federal speeding ticket (mostly for contempt of cop), and he got to visit with a Federal Judge!
