You may wish to refer any English translations to your Prosecuting Attorney. English is English, German is German, and translations are somewhat simple for ordinary people. Lawyers have their own language, meanings are defined depending on what the lawyers want. Our lawyers twist English, and would imagine German lawyers can twist German to suit their goal. Hate to see you lose a case because a translation is not speaking to the legal system's ways.
