I am going to give him two options: (1) stop or (2) move out.
Plain and simple. I think he will choose (1) seeing as he is not making much money and it is not worth the risk on his part. Plus, he could screw all of us in terms of our futures (i.e. getting a job) and that is not right. Thanks again...I will talk to him as soon as possible!

Gooch, I am not naive and I don't think that type of comment regarding my friend's character is accurate. Yes, he may be selling drugs which in your eyes makes him a bad person but the act does not say anything about his character. People sometimes make bad, irrational decisions and need others to set them straight.

Hey guy, your buddy is a loser and a criminal. Both of those go hand in hand. All I can say is create all the distance that you can or plan on going down the drain with him.

The act of selling drugs speaks volumes about his character whether you choose to recognize it or not. If he sells drugs he is, at minimum, a self serving opportunist who either sells drugs to be socially accepted or he sells it to make a buck regardless of what these drugs may do to his clients. A guy who doesn't want to do time will sell out his own mother if it'll save his ***. If you think he won't sell you out just give it time.

You should worry about big, mean guys with black uniforms who have this habit of smashing in doors in the wee hours of the morning sporting nasty little things called MP-5's. They tend to yell and curse a lot.
You know the difference between a job and a duty? A job you can refuse to do because it's dangerous; a duty you must do even if it is dangerous.

I've never worked a home invasion robbery that didn't involve guys going into a dealer or known user's house to get their stash and money.

They don't know your roommate keeps such a small amount and may be thinking of a big score. What do you think they'll do to you all when they think you're holding out on them? You think they'll believe you have "nothing" to do with it?

That's if you all don't get busted and convicted of felonies. Did you enjoy voting this week? It may be the last time you get to do it.

Collegeman,... in my humble opinion, I think you'll eventually see your "friend's," (aka: dope dealin' roommate), true colors. :( I hope you'll prove us all wrong with your belief that he is only being temporarily lead astray and is only having bouts of bad decision making. Hence, you believe it is possible he'll simply "stop" selling dope and everything will be fine... good luck with that...

OK.. You don't think your friend will cause you any problems? Think of this possiblity. He gets bused and then states that everyone in the house is involved.

Your house gets searched and they find narcotics, scales and other items. It really doesn't matter where it's found unless one person claims they own all the items and then that may only help you.

Your friend would say he dosn't own that or it is not mine and they everyone in the house could be suspect for dealing the narcotics.

Your best option is to get him out of the house ASAP!!! it's for you own best interest and your own safey. There is enough problems with drug dealers and deal gone bad. Your local police sure don't need any more.

You must be smoking it with him.
How come your house has wheels and your car doesn't?
