Is there a form that can be shown to police and etc. to tell them why
a person (generic male) is dressed as a female?

My reply: Interesting question . . . no, there isn't a form that I know of and
the laws on crossdressing may vary State to State. Most police personnel
have seen it all and most have been trained to be sensitive to
everyone no matter how they appear. Public restrooms are an issue in
some States, don't know about women's dressing room. I've been to
both and have not had a problem . . . I'll see if I can connect with real policemen and get more information.

Any real policemen have comments or suggestions to add?
