I had to take my neice to the Atlanta airprt this morning and an Atlanta airport cop was giving a (tour?) to a bunch of uniformed, armed police officersfrom across the country, uniformed ICE agents, and uniformed DHS agents.(Polo shirts with DHS across the back and a badge on the front) Could this have been a traing class of some sort? It was weird seeing NYPD and other officers in Atlanta.

Probably a class going on hosted by the airport PD. We have classes that go on, training by Homeland security, etc.
Last month we had a IPMBA bike class here at our airport with 13 officers from 4 different agencies. We had a picture done of us on our bikes in front of a Southwest aircraft.
Lot of things happenin at airport PD's. ;)

Yeah, I think that was a Homeland Security thing like Scott said. They've had them here several times. Atlanta was one of the places the feds thought might be targeted. Beats the hell out of me! I walk around in circles and get lost there....in that big circle. :p
