I am 19 years old and want to become a Police officer, and I wonder what kind of job can I work on before I should apply for Police Officer position that will put a good background on my job experience?
Im currently a Tukwila PD Explorer,WA , and I'm taking Law Enforcement Program at college.

Get a degree! I strongly reccommend studying what you enjoy. If you enjoy LE courses, fine, but don't think taking them will give you an edge in some guy majoring in psychology with a minor in basketweaving!

After that, it's all just details. Military/reserves can help also.

A spelling course would help you greatly ;)

Any clean work history will help. Not getting fired, not bouncing from job to job. If you do change jobs it helps to show some kind of upward movement.

Whatever job you get , do a GOOD job for them because some day , they will be asked what kind of employee you were by a background investigator. Leave on GOOD terms for the same reason.

There's no specific listing of jobs that magically give you and edge over other types of jobs. As noted previously, whatever job you do get, just do a good job for them and the rest should fall into place... The only thing you should NOT do is bounce from one job to the next. This would likely be viewed as instability in most cases IF you really don't have a valid reason(s) for changing one job to the next...
