Scott, I don't have anti-lock brakes.
I drive a Jeep Wrangler with a thread pattern that's meant to do well in mud and snow, but it's not as effective in the rain.
Too fast for conditions, could not stop due to weather. You can send in the check for $105 or go on the payment plan.
