Figure this is as good a place as any to ask...
What are the patrol cars doing parked just off the freeway by Arlington National Cemetary? I see them at all hours of the day and night and have never been able to figure out what they are doing. Don't recall the name of the freeway, but it's the one that runs between the cemetary and the river.

I think you talking about the VSP cruisers enforcing the "No Trucks" signs for the Pentagon. There used to be tons of them around that area but I think they have scaled back.

I'm talking about the cars that are parked in what appears to be former entrances to the cemetary. The overheads are on, they are always there and don't seem to do anything but sit.Never be afraid to make a difference

While going to Rosslyn one night, I saw a guy attempt to drive a U-Haul on that aforementioned stretch of road.
He got swarmed by so many cruisers so quick, it wasn't funny.
