    Question on Background packet

I have a question on where it says have you ever been convicted of a crime? When I was 14, I was caught with marijuana at a school dance, the police were called and i was offered to go home with my parents, however, i was a brat and said no, so they took me to juvenile. I never went before a court or anything like that...is this considered being convicted of a crime??? and if it is, I wouldnt even remember what it would have been for? marijuana? or refusing to go home???

If you did not go before a judge, you were not convicted. However, there will come a point in the BI when you will be asked about convictions OR arrests. Disclose.

    Disclose, disclose, disclose.

    Did I mention, disclose?

How long were you in juvey? Did your parents come pick you up from there? It's better to be honest than not disclose it because believe me, if it was pot, it's documented somewhere or someone didn't do their job.

I will definitely disclose it, I just wasn't sure if it was considered a conviction or not. To answer your question Star, I was in there for 2 days. MY parents came and picked me up, they would have left me in there to learn a lesson, but I guess they were called to come pick me up since I didn't necessarily really need to be there.
