I am going to join the Phoenix PD and I was just wondering if there was anyone on the forum that is from there. I just have the basic questions, hows the Moral, the supervision, the equip (ie. the vehicles facilitys).

Anything would be great, I have been trying to find peoples personnel website but I cant find one that is why I am asking here.

I'm one of those officers who think that you should be able to correctly apply your ideas to words, and those words should be spelled correctly.

Back to Phoenix. I hear it's a good department. I hear it's HUGE and has all the red tape like any other large department. Are you in the hiring process or have you been accepted into ALEA?

Actually I am in Japan right now and I have 2 more years over here but after that I am going to be going to phoenix but while I am still over here I am going to get at least my AA and start on my BS.

I am just one of the types that like to look at every thing that I can before I even do it. And even though I have another 2 years I am going to be going through the proccess from over here I just have to make a few trips because the on the website it says that you need to make I think at least 3 trips to get every thing done.

You should let them know your current situation. I was in Seattle when I tested for Tucson and they condensed the testing and hiring process for me into 2 trips. Which I appreciated greatly. See if Phoenix will work with you.

You could always try Tucson you know.

Maybe you can give me some first hand info on the place.
