Who shall I call??

hey,

well tonight i know this girl that is going to go TP a famous basketball coach for a college university that lives by her and well, i dont really like it since the coach is a nice guy and there is no need for him to deserve it.

But anyways. who do you think i should call? Should i call the Police/Sheriff? or shall I call the coaches house and notify him? I want her to get caught in the act since she's a very mean girl and also, since she doesnt like how when i would be with her (since my friend and her are togeather) i'll wave and give thumbs up to the Sheriff and Police while we're driving to somewhere. She always makes fun of my passion for law enforcement and all. But i would like to notify the coach, but also get her caught in the act cause she is sneeking out of her house to do this tonight.

Please tell me your thoughts on who i shall call. Also if i would call the Sheriff department, should i just dial 911? or what? cause it's not a exsact emergency. Also i've never called a Sheriff or Police Department to call in a crime in progress.

I would take more satisfaction in taking my camera and hiding in some bushes. When the would-be TP'rs come calling....................BAM! CLICK!

Then take the evidence to your coach. Nothing says "A" like a good photo.

yes i should call them, but the bad thing is, they went early i guess and i went to sleep on acident. and i didnt have time to call the coach or the sheriff. damn....if i could have i would of hided in bushes, but i dont have a car yet :( but that would be the best idea. anyways thanks though. cause when something like this happens again. i'm gonna call the coach for sure. but i still wouldnt know which number to call to report a crime.

If you have legitimate business and you need the police to make a report then you dial 911 and say "this is not an emergency, but I need to contact the police"

They will direct you what to do next. This is acceptable in my county, don't know about others.

The front of the Telephone book has all the local, non-emergency numbers for local and state law enforcement agencies. Since it is not an emergency, I would call 411 first, not 911. You definately dont want to take up an emergency operator for questions. But take a look in the phone book, that should help.
