How long do these stay on? Does it depend on the violation? For example, does it stay on a person's record for longer if it is a DUI, speeding, or reckless driving?

Each state is different regarding their point system. I noticed that you are from Michigan, so michiganstud would probably the best person to answer this question.

I'm not sure if it is nationwide, but DUI's stay on your driving history for 10 yrs in TN. I think other driving offenses are 5 yrs, but I'm not positive. ;)

Regular moving violations are 3 years in CA
DUI's are 7 years.Be advised, I'm mean nasty and tired. I eat concertina wire and piss napalm and I could put a round through a fleas *** at 300 yards. So why don't you hump somebody else's leg mutt-face before I push yours in.
