Small issue with this system

I came to this board years ago because I wanted to learn from cops and other people involved in law enforcement, and be able to share my insights to help cops realize there are reasons why dispatchers to certain things. Now I am feeling that I cannot do that because of this new setup.
I am not a cop, nor do I ever want to be one; however, I am in law enforcement in a supportive role. As a dispatcher, I have intimate knowledge on how things work, and I have a lot of input as far as what happens on the other end of the radio.
I feel like I cannot make contributions and have conversation with other LE people - I can only respond to the mostly non-LE topics, which is not what I joined for.
I understand that you need to draw the line somewhere, but this site isn't living up to what I joined it for. Some things I experience can only be understood by others in the same line of work, and I don't feel I can express myself anymore.

Just needed to get that off my chest. No real question, but I guess just wanted the "verifieds" to know how I feel.

This is the only category you are locked out of. In all seriousness, the name of the category is ask a cop. The people that posted in ask a cop want answers from law enforcement officers not dispatchers, explorers, support personnel, community policing volunteers and the like. Not that these people do not provide great support, however, the people who come to the site and Ask-A-Cop in particular want opinions from Law Enforcement Officers.
