my sister was found dead.

i really need advice from a police officer. my sister was found dead in bed by her boyfreind.(whom she met in a mental hospital). she died from an overdose.but some of the details told by the boyfreind. just doesnt sound right. could anyone tell me how to go about finding out if she might of had a life ins policy. the boyfreind somehow came up with about 60,000. now hes gone. more to the story. but dont want to bore anyone with all the details. i just need to know if he lied about that. he said that she didnt have one. but like i said alot of things dont add up. i quess that i need to find out. so that i can have peace about her death. thank you for any advice on this what so ever. sincerely.

OH, I found that leaches work really well for that.

Its all technique on putting them on the hook man. Gotta do it just right. It will pay off, you'll catch some BIG ones.

Did your sister have a will ? If so, it would be handled through the courts/lawyer for probate. That sort of info is available at your county courthouse. If she didn't have a will ( known as dying intestate) then the state laws of Michigan would decide the distribution of her assests. Insurance proceeds would be distributed via who SHE listed as her beneficiary on her policy. Insurance companies do not hand out money to boyfriends on a whim. If he got the money then it stands to reason she wanted him to have it.

You may need a lawyer to help if you can't find out this info from your courthouse.
