I just wanted to know what you thought i would have to do, pay, serve for a MIP i got last night in Bellingham, WA.
I was at my apartment my BAC was a .029 and complied with all the cops questions. There was alcohol on the counter which the cop watched us pour out. There were other people who jumped of our balcony and ran and others that hide around the house. In court what do you think will be the judging?
My roomates BAC count was a .101. will her ruling be tougher or the same. Thanks for any information. :(

If a first offense, next to nothing. A fine, maybe a small amount of Community Service. and possibly probation.
We, in NC have whats called deferred prosecution for 1st offenders of MIP.... Community Service and a small fine equals dismissal.
