Well my grandfather just bought a 2004 yamaha zuma scooter. It is a 50cc. My question is, that do you need a motorcycle license to ride this in california? Is a class c license, all you need to ride it?
The reason i am asking, is that I would like to ride this, but I would like to be legal first.

You would need an M1 motorcycle license.

^^agree. It looks street legal from the pic, not like those pocket bikes that are all the rage right now.
Be advised, I'm mean nasty and tired. I eat concertina wire and piss napalm and I could put a round through a fleas *** at 300 yards. So why don't you hump somebody else's leg mutt-face before I push yours in.
