I dont do as much running now due to the fact that i just plain lose too much muscle if i do...i'll be in a police academy class as of Nov 1..should I be running as much as I was required for USMC OCS?
Oorrah!
oo-rah devil dog! i ran the 3 miles in 18 minutes only once in my usmc career! i threw up for 5 minutes after! i dont beleive that you will be required to meet those standards in any academy for police. i could be wrong, but i doubt it would be that stringent. stay in shape, and excercise and you should be fine. good luck
I do what I can do when I can do it.
