Hi,
I'm currently an academy recruit with CPD in Florida's Gulf coast area. As of right now i'm heavily involved with bodybuilding/strength training and I am curious as to some of the techniques/theories/methods of the veteran night shift LEOs that are used to live a somewhat normal life even while on the night tour. Are you really that wiped out after a night shift that all you do is sleep all day???
Any tips for this soon to come issue will help...
